What is the course format?
A live half-day webinar format which takes the form of slide presentations and small group breakout sessions and large group discussions
An e-Learning course which takes the form of videos and quizzes including questions on commonly occurring scenarios. The e-Learning course can be completed in one 2-hour session or shorter sessions over several days.
